Can't Find What You're Looking For?

If you can't find what you're looking for you have several options:

  • Use our site search facility. From here, you can perform a full text search on any/all sections of the site
  • Try our site map as this contains links to all of the main pages of the site

Our downloads section offers a number of documents, research papers and presentations for download. These files may be in one of several different formats:

  • Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF). To view PDF files you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded for free from the Adobe web site
  • A WinZip (ZIP) file contains one or more files that have been compressed so that they take up less disk space (which means that they can be downloaded faster over the Internet). Unless you are using Microsoft Windows XP you will need a program such as WinZip in order to open a ZIP file
  • Microsoft Word (DOC) documents. If you don't have Microsoft Word installed, you can view Word documents in Word Viewer 2003, which is available as a free download
  • Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT) presentations. If you don't have Microsoft PowerPoint installed, you can view PowerPoint presentations in PowerPoint Viewer 2003, which is available as a free download

Our site has several forms that allow you to e-mail us, sign our guestbook and subscribe to our free newsletter.

Unfortunately, automated programs that can submit spam via such forms are rapidly on the increase. We have therefore, regrettably, had to take the step of asking you to enter a verification code whenever you fill out one of the forms on our site.

Automated programs can't "read" the characters you see in the image, only humans can. Therefore, by entering the verification code, this confirms to us that you are who you say you are.

If you don't see an image, make sure your browser is set to display images and try again. If you're not sure what the word is, make your best guess. If you're incorrect, you'll get another chance to enter a different word.

If you continue to experience problems you can contact us via any of the means listed on our contact information page or by sending an e-mail to
